1) Fill out the form below, indicating your choice of the Certification Program, Vocal Jazz Academy, Jazz Academy A La Carte, or the Creative Vocal Ensemble.  If you select an A La Carte option, we will contact you to confirm which weekends you plan to attend.

1) Certification Program - Academy + Ensemble (Fri, Sat, Sun)					$1600
2) Vocal Jazz Academy - Five weekend sessions (Sat, Sun)					$1400
3) Vocal Jazz Academy A La Carte - Attend 1- 4 weekends of your choice (Sat, Sun)
	4 weekends: $1260	3 weekends:$1050	2 weekend: $800	1 weekend: $400	$400 - $1260
4) Creative Vocal Ensemble (Friday evenings only)					$450
