Flint’s Tones: Inspired by the original cartoon series theme written by Hoyt Curtin with lyrics by Joseph Barbera and William Hanna, this arrangement marks my first attempt at recording a trumpet-esque scat solo punctuated by vocal brass lines. I’m also playing drums and Sal Spicola, saxophonist extraordinaire, happened to be passing through during the session and upon hearing the tracks, requested to blow on a chorus and it is ripping!
